Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are processed, mill-turned, and identified in line with established working practices and procedures, meeting customer requirements in a safe manner and in full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Accurately program, set, and operate machinery, ensuring precise cutting and material identification while maximising stock utilisation and minimising scrap, damage, or waste to customer products and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across computer-based stock control systems and all supporting documentation.
- Actively promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste throughout operational processes.
- Consistently maintain and promote safe working practices and policies while carrying out daily responsibilities.
