A well-established, design-led kitchen studio based in Edgbaston, Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join their growing team. This role would suit a designer with a strong design-first mindset, combined with a proven ability to convert designs into sales through professionalism, product knowledge, and trust-building rather than hard selling. You’ll be working with discerning clients on mid to high-end kitchen projects, managing the journey from initial concept through to final specification.
Design work is completed using Winner Design software, and the environment is consultative, creative, and quality-focused.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth client consultations to interpret briefs, lifestyles, and design aspirations
- Design and present mid to high-end bespoke kitchens using Winner CAD software
- Confidently work across a range of styles, including modern German kitchens (desirable but not essential) and more traditional Shaker or in-frame designs
- Manage projects from initial concept through to final design specification
- Present designs clearly and professionally, building client confidence and trust
- Deliver strong sales performance through a consultative, design-led approach
- Maintain accurate designs, quotations, and customer documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer within a design-led environment
- Strong portfolio of mid to high-end kitchen designs
- Confident using CAD software (Winner experience preferred)
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of strong performance, without a hard-sell approach
- Professional, personable, and confident when presenting to clients
- Strong product knowledge and an appreciation for quality, service, and design integrity
- Organised and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Someone who wants to be part of a premium, design-focused business with an excellent industry reputation
- £30,000 basic salary
- Commission: 1% on monthly revenue up to £55,000; 3% on revenue above £55,000 per month
- Annual overlay bonus structure OTE potential up to £80,000 for high performers
- Tuesday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Sunday & Monday: Closed
