We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Stores Manager to join a respected and long-established Electrical Wholesaler based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of internal operations and support the continued growth of a busy branch.

The Role:
Working closely with Senior Management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, focusing on team leadership, customer service, and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels, incoming deliveries, and general store organisation
- Lead and motivate the internal team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Serve customers at the trade counter with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle large customer accounts and coordinate with the external sales team
- Ensure the branch is clean, safe, and compliant at all times
- Carry out keyholding duties as part of the management team
- Maintain a high level of electrical product knowledge and industry awareness
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years’ experience in electrical wholesaling (essential)
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of supplier/contractor networks
- Background in stock control and internal team management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)
