Sales Administrator Permanent Bilston, full-time, 40 hours per week £27,000 – £28,000 per annum I am pleased to be recruiting exclusively for a long-standing client who is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful team. This opportunity has arisen due to the company's growth, and I am eager to speak with candidates who have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and are experts at processing orders. The successful candidate will be based in their newly renovated offices and will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Manager. Handle sales orders from start to end, ensuring accuracy and promptness Regularly review and process new back orders, managing any changes to customer order dates Communicate with customers, providing guidance and addressing any concerns Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities Prepare and issue sales quotations to customers Manage customer portals Schedule and document outgoing stock deliveries Create and prepare export documentation What we’re looking for: Must have 5 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Order Processor or Technical Administrator Able to confidently handle technical enquiries Able to confidently deal with customers and process orders IT literate Excellent communication skills ERP software experience is highly beneficial
