About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and creative Kitchen Sales Designer to join a dynamic and customer-focused showroom in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading name in the kitchen and interiors industry, designing beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each customer’s lifestyle and needs. You’ll be the go-to expert for clients from initial consultation through to final design and sale, combining your flair for design with strong commercial awareness to create dream kitchens that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, lifestyle, and vision
- Produce detailed kitchen designs using CAD software (e.g. Winner, Fusion 20/20, or similar)
- Prepare accurate quotations and guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across ranges, appliances, finishes, and fittings
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Manage customer expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the design and installation process
- Collaborate with the wider team, installers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and product innovations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in kitchen design and sales (2+ years ideally)
- Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., Winner, Compusoft, Fusion)
- A strong eye for design, space planning, and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in managing the sales process from concept to close
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects at once
