Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Graphic Design Assistant to join the design team of a growing organisation based in Oldbury. In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce high-quality creative work across both digital and print media. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, friendly, and design-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative and production tasks
- Designing visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Creating digital content such as web banners, social media graphics, and email visuals
- Supporting video editing and basic motion graphics work
- Producing print materials including flyers, POS displays, and in-store signage
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs
- Handling file management, image formatting, and occasional marketing admin
What we’re looking for:
- A strong creative flair and attention to visual detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
