Are you an experienced CNC Setter looking for your next role in a busy, forward-thinking manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting a skilled individual for setting roles on CNC Brake Presses and or Laser machines. Ideally, you will have experience with Edward Pearson CNC machines or similar equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and fine-tuning CNC Brake Press machinery (Edward Pearson or equivalent) with Cybelec controls
- Setting up and adjusting CNC Laser machines to ensure precise and efficient production
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Monitoring production quality and making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards
- Collaborating with production teams to support flexible shift patterns
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Brake Press Setter and/or Laser Setter (Edward Pearson or similar machinery)
- Strong understanding of CNC setting processes and control systems such as Cybelec
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexible as shifts may change to afternoons)
Pay: £16 per hour depending on experience
