Location: Birchwood, Warrington (WA3)

Salary: £13.00- £16.00 per hour (DOE)

Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:00- 17:00

Contract Type: Temp- perm

Our client is a privately owned engineering company who work mainly with the petrochemical and food industries, and are keen to train and develop a new recruit. They are ideally seeking somebody who already has some basic engineering knowledge which may have been gained in previous employment or through education.

Responsibilities:

  • You will learn to work from technical drawings/specification sheets.
  • MIG/TIG Welding - you will learn to weld to a high standard.
  • You will be involved in all areas of production and welding.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a background in some form of basic engineering.
  • Any exposure to any welding/fabrication would be advantageous.
  • Previous use of tools and working in a hands-on role.
  • Express an interest in learning about production and welding process from start to finish.
