We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician for our client based in the Widnes area. This is a great opportunity to join a global leading company who have been in business for nearly 100 years, supporting over 60 countries worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Always adhere to all on-site health & safety procedures.
- Mechanical & electrical maintenance of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Complete PPM Schedules as rota'd.
- Be involved in continuous improvement activities.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Skills/Experience:
- Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 / HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
- Hold 18th Edition certification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Preferably, experience with CNC machines, however training will be provided
- Working knowledge of TPM principles and proactive maintenance planning
- Excellent communicator and team player
