Job Title: Administrator Location: Warrington (WA1 4NF) Salary: £12.80 per hour Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:30- 16:30 Contract Type: Temporary 3 months. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client to be office based in Warrington. You will be responsible for the processing of quotations, orders, and sales invoices for all their business lines as well as other daily duties. As an Administrator, your duties will be: – ” Input, coordinate, and manage service orders, from order through to dispatch and invoicing. ” Proactive customer updates to advise of delivery dates and changed order status. ” Handling of office calls. ” Processing of purchase orders to external suppliers. ” Producing scheduling plans and estimating budgets and timescales. ” Working with our planning team to manage our onside schedules and supply of components to deliver our contractual requirements. ” Creation of global/local parts in SAP ERP to enable input of work. ” Working alongside CTS Management to monitor progress of contracts and schedules. ” Acting as the main point of contact for our customers and sales/operational teams. ” Follow up with key customers to gauge service satisfaction and action any points raised. ” Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project to confirm all revenues are recognised. ” Ad hoc tasks as required.
