On behalf of a well-respected contractor, RGB Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for a new and unique project in Exeter.
The Role
- You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams on this complex project, making sure work is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the expected quality standards.
- Driving a strong safety culture from the outset.
- Setting up projects, processes and site systems.
- Coordinating pre-construction planning and ensuring design information arrives when needed.
- Monitoring progress and resolving issues before they affect delivery.
- Building positive relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and your internal teams.
- Managing finances, valuations and cash flow.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Supporting, developing and managing staff performance.
About You
We’re looking for someone ambitious, confident in leading site teams, and comfortable taking ownership of large projects. You might already be running schemes independently, or you may be a solid PM ready to step up. A construction qualification and valid site cards are expected inclusive of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work but attitude, leadership and your ability to motivate teams are just as important.
