The Role
- Leading the delivery of civil infrastructure design on major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Overseeing drainage, highways, and earthworks design using Civil 3D and MicroDrainage
- Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers and technicians
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years’ UK consultancy experience
- Strong technical background in drainage, highways, and infrastructure
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD and MicroDrainage
- Excellent communication and client-facing ability
