Opportunity for a Qualified Architect to join an Architectural and Project Management consultancy in the centre of Birmingham. Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice has a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area; therefore, a healthcare Architect would be desirable, however not essential.
You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities- Project Delivery
- Liaising with clients to understand their business goals
- Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Managing planning applications and building regulations
- Solving any issues that may arise
- Working towards fixed budgets and time deadlines
- Assisting on planning applications and appeals
- Visiting sites for inspections
- Assisting in business development
- Qualified ARB / RIBA Architect
- Strong design and technical skills
- Revit is essential
- Experienced within the Architectural industry
- Healthcare experience preferred
