We are recruiting an MI Administrator on a temporary basis based in the Donnington area of Telford. The position is until end of March 2026.
Working days Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will carry out the below duties, be competent in the use of MS Excel and process orientated:
- Collate data from various sources, for example, Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems (WMS & IMS) and manual spreadsheets.
- Manipulate and update spreadsheets to create reporting outputs.
- Extract data reports, review, validate and update the various systems with the relevant information.
- Progress and resolve external and internal customer queries.
- Create various operational reports for external and internal customers, such as volume reports and warehouse dashboard.
- Extract system reports, review and validate data and progress regular system information updates.
- Build relationships with the customer and offer excellent customer service, responding constructively to customer requests β Internal and External.
Applicants must have a 3-year checkable work history, be prepared to undergo a DBS check and have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years.
