We are currently recruiting for a full time temporary to permanent CNC machine operator, to join our well-established client based in Stafford Park. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high quality components. Your tasks will include:
- Setting up and operating the CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling and turning
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and CAD files
- Preparing and loading raw materials and other parts into the machine
- Adjusting settings to ensure precision and quality
- Inspecting and measuring the finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication
- Flexible/Reliable
Hours: 7.30-4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
