QHSE Manager Pertemps are currently recruiting for a QHSE Manager on behalf of our client based in Telford, Shropshire.   Hours: Mon-Fri 07:30am – 17:00pm | 1-hour lunch   Salary: £45,000 Bonus scheme Pension enrolment Mobile phone and laptop provided.  Duties Include but not limited to: Delivering health and safety workshops to employees. Lead quality activities within the business including audits. Provide training to Health and Safety representatives. Provide and carry out training to production staff. Develop KPI’s and data recording. Lead the quality team in dealing with customer concerns and driving improvements. Lead the environmental team in dealing with council permits and environmental challenges. Be integral to reducing customer credits from 2024. Investigate all accidents, incidents and near misses including liaising with external authorities. Monitoring all areas of the business to ensure they adhere to company health and safety procedures. Responsible for all audits including council, fire, and ISO 9001, 45001, 14001. Active and engaged member of the senior leadership team. Work closely with the Operations Manager’s Carry out inductions for new starters. Chair regular health and safety meetings. Contribute and adhere to ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 Promote a culture of continuous improvement in all matters relating to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental.
