Our commercial client based in Shrewsbury is looking for a full time temporary to permanent PA with Typing, Audio and dictation skills, to join their pro-active and hardworking team. You will be prioritising all client communication and ensure it is actioned in a timely way and in accordance with company procedures, giving PA support to the MD in the form of conveying telephone messages and email correspondence to him whilst out of the office, actioning emails and responding to the same and finding out necessary information.
Maintain electronic and paper diary for MD and taking full details of the appointment to include name, address and contact details, sending emails on behalf of MD whether it be via dictation or message received over the phone. As a part of this busy role you will be doing digital dictation for MD for his client renewal letters, emails and also file notes etc. Processing data, invoices on our Acturis system, processing Premium Payments on our Platforms, occasionally collating and formulating documentation in respect of claims etc. Looking after contractors, electronic machines in office, stationery orders, meter readings, maintaining all electronic and paper files in accordance with company standards (which should be fully compliant with FCA), shows and event bookings and organising files and MD visits for the day.
