Our client who has been established for over 50 years have an exciting new role to work within their team as a sales support to the co-ordinators. The company boasts an impressive catalogue of products and systems in a variety of manufacturing industries. Reporting to the Sales team the role of Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders ( Using the bespoke CRM system) efficiently and accurately. High volume order processing , dealing with customers via phone / email – resolve order queries Experience of using SAP / ERP would be a distinct advantage To be a success we are looking for applicants who have: Previous experience of working in a Customer Service Environment Can demonstrate strong attention to details Can work well under pressure and still produce work quality Commercially aware with sound commercial acumen Team player and assist where necessary with Admin support If you have previous experience and worked within a Manufacturing organisation we need to hear from you
