Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our growing fabrication team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong MIG welding experience and a background in sheet metal fabrication within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting engineering drawings
• Setting up and operating fabrication machinery
• Assembling components
• Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards

Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with press brakes, laser‑cut parts, folding, drilling and general metal preparation
• Formal qualifications beneficial, but practical experience and a strong work ethic are equally valued

Hours & Pay

Hours of work: 07:15 – 16:15 Monday to Thursday, 07:15 – 12:15 on Fridays

Rates of pay: Variable based on experience, ranging from £15 – £!7 per hour
