Meter Reader In this role, you'll use your own vehicle to visit both residential and commercial locations within your designated area. Main duties of this Meter Reader role: Driving to a designated area local to you Knocking on doors and being customer service friendly, making them aware your checking Meter Readings. Obtaining utility meter readings at residential/commercial properties Conducting visual inspections of metering equipment Recording data through our client’s mobile/tablet app Move to the next location and repeat process Skills and requirements for this Meter Reader role: Driving Licence, entitling you to drive in the UK – with no more than 6 points. Use of your own vehicle with business insurance and current MOT.
