Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a skilled Machine Operator to join our client’s team in the ST7 area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm position for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities of this Machine Operator role:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading, feeding, and monitoring machines throughout the shift
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
- Working as part of a supportive team to meet production targets
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required for this Machine Operator role:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
- Good teamwork skills and a positive work ethic
- Basic mechanical understanding is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
