Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a skilled Machine Operator to join our client\’s team in the ST7 area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm position for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading, feeding, and monitoring machines throughout the shift
• Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, & organised work area
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet production targets
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
• Good teamwork skills and a positive work ethic
• Basic mechanical understanding is advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately

Details of this Machine Operator role

• Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 | Friday 08:00-15:30
• Hourly rate: £12.21ph – Increases when set on permanently
• Location: ST7 Area
• Duration: Temp to perm
