Pertemps Managed Solutions is delighted to partner with a highly acclaimed, fast-growing travel agency with a strong presence across the North of England. We are looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to become the newest addition to this energetic, customer-focused team.
This is a varied, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be helping customers create unforgettable holidays — whether face-to-face, online, over social media, or on the phone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and booking memorable travel experiences tailored perfectly to your customers' needs
- Engaging confidently with new and existing clients across multiple channels, including online chat, social media, phone calls and in-person
- Delivering exceptional customer service — the secret to the company’s continued success
- Achieving individual sales targets while supporting your team to meet overall branch goals

- Previous experience working in a retail travel environment
- A natural communicator who can build relationships with a diverse range of customers
