Job description
Pertemps Managed Solutions has been engaged by an award-winning travel agency, with a large presence in the UK, to find the latest addition to the team, a Store Manager/Travel Consultant!
The role is diverse, rewarding and fast paced. In this role you will support clients with their holiday needs through various means such as face to face, social media, online and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and book unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer’s needs.
  2. Confidently communicate with prospect clients, through a wide range of channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries and face-to-face conversation.
  3. Offering out-of-this-world customer service. This is a key component to the business’s successful history.
  4. Ensuring sales targets are met and working as a team to contribute to your branch’s overall targets.

What we’re looking for in a Store Manager:

  1. Previous experience working in a retail travel environment.
  2. Previous experience of managing a team.
  3. A flair for communicating with a wide variety of clients.
  4. The confidence, determination and drive to succeed. Keen interest in the travel sector to make sure you’re up-to-date with current travel trends.
  5. Tenacity and determination to achieve targets and celebrate your successes with the rest of the team.
