Sales Advisor Competitive salary and benefits Remote £24.5k base salary and OTE of £31 -32k Role summary: Our insurance client is looking for multiple Sales Advisors to join their large sales team. The opportunity is home-based and will require strong internet access. Candidates will need to be flexible with working hours between Monday – Friday. Key responsibilities : Recommend products to customers based on your expert knowledge. Deal with any objections or queries given by customers. Build relationships and rapport with customers so you can best recommend products to each individual customer. Make a high volume of outbound calls to new customers to take them through what products are on offer and let them know of products available to them. Work towards individual and team targets. Required skills and experience: Highly resilient and self-motivated; you will need the ability to cope with rejections. Target-driven and able to work towards daily personal and team targets. 1+ years’ experience in an outbound sales environment – we would be interested in speaking to candidates with phone-based or face-to-face sales experience. This role will be home-based, so candidates will be self-sufficient and have a suitable home-working environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
