£24.5k base salary and OTE of £31 -32k

Role summary: Our insurance client is looking for multiple Sales Advisors to join their large sales team. The opportunity is home-based and will require strong internet access. Candidates will need to be flexible with working hours between Monday – Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recommend products to customers based on your expert knowledge.
  • Deal with any objections or queries given by customers.
  • Build relationships and rapport with customers so you can best recommend products to each individual customer.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new customers to take them through what products are on offer and let them know of products available to them.
  • Work towards individual and team targets.

Required skills and experience:

  • Highly resilient and self-motivated; you will need the ability to cope with rejections.
  • Target-driven and able to work towards daily personal and team targets.
  • 1+ years’ experience in an outbound sales environment – we would be interested in speaking to candidates with phone-based or face-to-face sales experience.
  • This role will be home-based, so candidates will be self-sufficient and have a suitable home-working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
