This role is Monday-Friday, 9.00am-17.30pm. 100% office based in the RG2 0 area. There is comprehensive training on offer and the benefit package includes a first class share save scheme and annual leave starting at 32 days raising to 37 days including bank holidays based on tenure.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will:

  • Source new candidates from a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases and internal networks.
  • Conduct screening calls to identify relevant skill sets and behaviour.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial brief to complete and successful on-boarding.
  • Ensure all compliance is completed as required.
  • Develop a talent pool of candidates within niche specialist markets.

Role Requirements:

  • Offer a first class recruitment service to Pertemps Managed Solutions clients and candidates by building strong professional relationships.
  • Research and review clients job description to understand the requirements.
  • Source candidates by searching job boards and LinkedIn effectively.
