Outbound – Call Centre – Remote Full time – Permanent – Monday-Friday – No weekends £24.5k base salary and OTE of £30-31k  Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week. Role summary: You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money. Key responsibilities: Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler. Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs. Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets). Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.Required skills and experience: Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered. You will need a quiet place to work at home. Be comfortable with remote working. The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.Benefits: Excellent induction training and continued development throughout your career.
