The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven CRM Executive (or Marketing Executive with solid CRM experience) to join a fast‑moving, customer‑focused marketing team. You’ll work across email and SMS, managing campaigns end‑to‑end — from creative briefing and segmentation through to build, test, optimisation and reporting. You’ll shape customer journeys, run A/B tests, analyse performance and help deliver CRM that drives genuine engagement and revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging email & SMS campaigns from idea → send.
- Build and test CRM communications within our platform.
- Create smart customer segments to improve campaign relevance.
- Dig into performance data and drive optimisation through A/B testing.
- Brief design and creative teams with clarity and purpose.
- Enhance automated customer journeys based on insights.
- Work across marketing, digital, trade, and CRM strategy teams.
- Keep up to date on CRM best practice and compliance (including GDPR).
What You’ll Bring
