We are currently recruiting for a Process Operator on behalf of a well-established and growing FMCG manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that continues to invest in its people, processes, and technology, offering long-term career progression. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are processed efficiently and supplied to packaging lines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene at all times.
The Role
- Carrying out a variety of process operations including fermentation preparation, product filtration, syrup make-up, and bright tank preparation
- Operating key machinery such as pasteurisers and supporting the loading and unloading of tankers
- Accurately inputting production data into internal systems (SAP)
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with production schedules to meet daily output targets
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across the work area
- Adhering to strict health, safety, and quality procedures within a regulated production environment
- Supporting operations both indoors and outdoors as required
Shift Patterns
This role operates on a rotating shift basis:
- Mornings: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Please note: During the initial training period you will work mornings and afternoons only.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good level of numeracy and confidence working with data
- Computer literate

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and shift patterns
