We’re working with a specialist airside engineering team at Birmingham Airport, offering the opportunity to work on a varied fleet including HGVs, plant machinery, and ground support equipment within a highly regulated airport environment. The Role
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs, plant vehicles, and GSE
- Diagnosing faults and performing detailed technical investigations
- Working within a professional, safety-critical airside workshop
- Ensuring all work is completed to high industry and compliance standards
Requirements
- Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience working on HGV, plant, or GSE equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to pass 5-year employment history checks (airport security requirement)
- HGV licence (desirable but not essential)
