A fast growing, digital business is seeking a Talent Operations Assistant to support the rollout and adoption of a new Applicant Tracking System across the organisation. This is a hands-on role focused on training, systems optimisation, and ensuring hiring managers are confident and consistent in their use of the platform.

The role:

  • You will act as the go-to person for the ATS, working closely with hiring managers to ensure the system is used correctly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training hiring managers on how to use the Ashby ATS system effectively.
  • Providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring interview notes, feedback, and candidate data are added accurately and consistently.
  • Monitoring system usage and addressing any process gaps.
  • Supporting smooth adoption of a newly implemented ATS across the business.
  • Acting as the bridge between Talent and wider stakeholders to ensure best practice is followed.
