A fast growing, digital business is seeking a Talent Operations Assistant to support the rollout and adoption of a new Applicant Tracking System across the organisation. This is a hands on role focused on training, systems optimisation, and ensuring hiring managers are confident and consistent in their use of the platform.
The role
- You will act as the go to person for the ATS, working closely with hiring managers to ensure the system is used correctly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training hiring managers on how to use the Ashby ATS system effectively
- Providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting
- Ensuring interview notes, feedback, and candidate data are added accurately and consistently
- Monitoring system usage and addressing any process gaps
- Supporting smooth adoption of a newly implemented ATS across the business
- Acting as the bridge between Talent and wider stakeholders to ensure best practice is followed
