Overview
Refuse Driver (Cat C) – Isle of Wight. Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Refuse Driver to work for our client in Newport.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking for consistent work within an essential service.
Responsibilities
- Driving a Category C (Class 2) refuse vehicle
- Assisting with refuse and recycling collections
- Working as part of a crew to complete daily routes efficiently
- Carrying out vehicle checks and adhering to all health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Cat C (Class 2) licence
- CPC in date
- Digital Tachograph card
- Previous refuse driving experience essential
- Good knowledge of road safety and manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
