Mechanic

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanic to join a well established, growing group of garages in Eastleigh. Our client deliver a range of automotive services from basic maintenance to complex repairs and have an outstanding reputation for quality & value. This is a full time, permanent position.
Mechanic Responsibilities:
– Conduct basic maintenance work
– Diagnose faults
– Replace or fix fault or damaged parts
– Ensuring vehicles meet safety standards and are roadworthy
– Accurately document services performed, parts used, and customer queries
– Support the wider team where required
Mechanic Requirements:
– Experience within a similar position
– Working at Level 3 standards
– MOT License is highly advantageous
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Mechanic Package:
– Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
– No weekend work
– Salary up to 35,000
– Bonus package & pension scheme
– 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
– Uniform, PPE, tools & insurance provided
