Pertemps are recruiting a hands-on Facilities Assistant for a Newport-based client. This is a practical, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys maintenance work, keeping things running smoothly and being part of a supportive team.
The role includes:
- Cleaning, checking and maintaining company vehicles
- Assisting with delivery and collection of equipment (manual handling)
- Basic repairs, painting and general maintenance
- Supporting fire alarm tests, meter readings and room set-ups
- External duties including waste disposal and gritting
You’ll need:
- Facilities / maintenance or handyperson experience
- A full UK driving licence
