Overview
Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver
Location: Nursling Industrial Estate
Pay Rate: Β£12.90 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 3 months)
Start Date: Monday 13th October
Working Hours: Monday β Thursday: 07:30 β 17:00; Friday: 08:00 β 18:30. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
Responsibilities
- Accurately booking in customer orders via the warehouse portal
- Picking and locating stock using the warehouse management system and RF scanners
- Preparing hotel and bar stock orders
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers
- Booking in landed orders returned from ships
- Scanning and processing documentation as per customer requirements
- Completing all paperwork to company standards
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor/Operations Manager with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Valid Reach, Bendi, or Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Ideally have recent experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
