Job Title: Event Support Staff – Customer Assistance & Luggage Handling\\n\\nLocation: Trafalgar Hall, Portsmouth\\n\\nAssignment Dates: Saturday 20th September 2025 – Sunday 21st September 2025\\n\\nAssignment Times:\\n\\nShift 1: 09:00 – 17:00 (x2 staff)\\n\\nShift 2: 10:30 – 18:30 (x2 staff)\\n\\nPay Rate: £12.90 – £18.62 per hour\\n\\nRole Overview:\\nWe are seeking physically active individuals to join our team for a weekend event at Trafalgar Hall. Staff will assist customers during check-in and help carry luggage up the stairs, as one of the building’s lifts is out of service. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, customer-focused approach.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nWelcome and assist customers during check-in\\n\\nHelp transport luggage upstairs safely\\n\\nProvide excellent customer service and support throughout the event\\n\\nEnsure the event area remains organized and safe\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nPhysically fit and able to carry luggage safely\\n\\nPrevious experience with manual handling or similar roles is desirable\\n\\nReliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts\\n\\nPositive attitude and strong customer service skills\\n\\nAdditional Information:\\n\\nThis is a weekend assignment (Saturday and Sunday)\\n\\nTeamwork is essential, as you will be coordinating with other staff members\\n\\nAppropriate footwear and comfortable clothing are recommended
