Job Title: Event Support Staff – Customer Assistance & Luggage Handling
Location: Trafalgar Hall, Portsmouth
Assignment Dates: Saturday 20th September 2025 – Sunday 21st September 2025
Assignment Times: Shift 1: 09:00 – 17:00 (x2 staff); Shift 2: 10:30 – 18:30 (x2 staff)
Pay Rate: £12.90 – £18.62 per hour
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers during check-in
- Help transport luggage upstairs safely
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the event
- Ensure the event area remains organized and safe
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to carry luggage safely
- Previous experience with manual handling or similar roles is desirable
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Additional Information
- This is a weekend assignment (Saturday and Sunday)
- Teamwork is essential, as you will be coordinating with other staff members
