Assignment Times:
Shift 1: 09:00 – 17:00 (x2 staff)
Shift 2: 10:30 – 18:30 (x2 staff)
Pay Rate: £12.90 – £18.62 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking physically active individuals to join our team for a weekend event at Trafalgar Hall. Staff will assist customers during check-in and help carry luggage up the stairs, as one of the building’s lifts is out of service. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers during check-in
Help transport luggage upstairs safely
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the event
Ensure the event area remains organized and safe
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry luggage safely
Previous experience with manual handling or similar roles is desirable
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Additional Information:
This is a weekend assignment (Saturday and Sunday)
Teamwork is essential, as you will be coordinating with other staff members
