Warehouse Operative Salary of £11.44  Experienced Warehouse Operative / Order Pickers required for our clients based the Marston Green Area Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative / Order Picker who has worked within a busy distribution centre adhering to and over achieving pick and pack rate targets? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced clean environment, working with like minded colleagues that thrive in a results driven environment? If so, we have exciting opportunities for dynamic, reliable Warehouse Operative / Order Picker to join the business! The main duties of our Warehouse Operative / Order Picker role include: – Accurately and efficiently picking / packing orders to meet customer deadlines. – Receive and inspect incoming goods and put stock away – Offloading of containers (up to 15kg lifting required) – Working as part of a close-knit team in order to ensure daily KPI's are achieved – Quality Inspection of goods before dispatch Must be flexible to work between the hours of 06:00 – 22:00 The site location is accessible by both car and bus.
