The predicted salary is between 26 - 34 £ per hour.

This post is to work with the Children Looked After Team on a temporary basis. An experienced Team Manager in children's safeguarding is required with experience of working with and supporting children in care. You will be required to support a team of social workers to provide an excellent standard of social work practice to our children we are responsible for. You will have experience of supervision, performance management, auditing and supporting improvement and change management.

What you need:

  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
  • Team Manager experience
  • Completed relevant post‑qualifying training
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and written skills
