Pertemps are recruiting for adult Social Workers to join a Neighbourhood Team!

Are you passionate about empowering adults to live independently and with dignity in their local communities? We\’re looking for a committed Adult Neighbourhood Social Worker to join our team and make a lasting impact.

Location: North West London

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £41,097 – £49,119

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Present complex information and chair meetings relating to individuals held on caseload.
• Manage complex and high-risk cases.
• Present cases to the Risk Enablement Panel and execute recommended actions.
• Act as a Safeguarding Enquiry Officer in the progression of section 42(2) safeguarding investigations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience working in adult social care or community-based services
• Knowledge of legislation and frameworks including the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
• Passion for driving meaningful change in local communities
