Contract role, Local Authority Housing
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Private Rented Sector Licence Processing Officer in the South London area.
Key Responsibilities:- To undertake processing of all applications for Additional licensing applications and carry application case load ensuring all work is undertaken in accordance with statutory requirements, the Council’s policies and procedures, the highest professional practice and to the benefit of the residents of the Borough.
This is a contract role and you will need experience of working in a Local Authority in a similar position. There is plenty of hybrid working available. Please get in touch for more information.
