About the Role
Westminster City Council is hiring two Investment Surveyors for the Temporary Accommodation Acquisitions Team within the Housing Directorate.
This team secures residential accommodation for temporary housing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquisition and leasing of private sector residential properties, including units and larger blocks.
- Sourcing suitable properties and negotiating acquisition and lease terms.
- Overseeing pre-purchase due diligence and preparing reports according to governance standards.
- Conducting site inspections during acquisition.
Candidate Requirements
We seek professionals with:
