Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Senior Manager for the Capital Delivery Team of a Local Authority in East London. This is to coordinate new build housing projects.
Requirements:
- Have the required skill to manage a multidisciplinary team of quantity surveyors, surveyors, Clerks of Work and act as contract administrators.
- Hold a relevant professional qualification or degree.
- Have experience of managing multimillion pound contracts, managing multiple contracts over a number of different locations at the same time.
- Have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.
