Contract role, Local Government Housing Details Albires
Work with landlords and providers to procure all types of accommodation for homeless households. Contract manage the accommodation and inspect accommodation once occupied, including emergency accommodation to ensure the accommodation continues to meet the appropriate standard. Provide a full housing management service to all accommodation leased to the council, including rent collection.
This is a contract role and you will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting.
