Childrens Social Worker, Fostering Team, Cardiff

This role involves completing Connected Person Assessments and Special Guardianship assessments, including conversion assessments for carers pursuing a Special Guardianship arrangement. You will assess potential kinship arrangements and currently approved foster carers, explaining the benefits and differences of becoming a Kinship foster carer or a Special Guardian for the children in their care.

Rate: £36.68 per hour
