About the role:
We are recruiting for a social worker who has experience completing NHS Continuing Healthcare assessments and DST's, and with a good understanding of Liquid Logic system.
What you need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience completing NHS Continuing Healthcare assessments and DST's
- Enhanced DBS check
- Car driver
- Excellent communication and written skills
