Educational Psychologist – £700 per assessment outside IR35

We are looking for experienced Educational Psychologists to join a project team to work through a backlog of EHCP cases with our local authority client based in the South East.

  • Flexibility available with hybrid and remote working options available
  • 6-12 month project

Key Responsibilities

Assessment:

Conduct observations, interviews, and other assessments to understand a child\’s learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.

Intervention:

Design, develop, and implement therapeutic and behavioural management programmes for individuals, groups, and whole schools.

Collaboration:

Work with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers, doctors, and other education professionals, to develop coordinated approaches for supporting children and young people.

Report Writing:

Produce detailed reports with recommendations for action and support, often contributing to statutory plans like EHC plans.

Research and Policy:

Conduct applied research, evaluate programmes, and sometimes provide advice on educational policies and initiatives.

Parents and Families:

Providing support, advice, and helping to improve communication around a child\’s needs.

Teachers and School Staff:
