Role: Registered Manager – Children\’s Residential Home

Location: North West

Permanent £55k–£65k

We’re working with a local authority in Salford to find an experienced Registered Manager who’s all about creating a safe, supportive space for young people. This is a brand new service, so you’ll have the chance to shape something special from the ground up. You’ll be running a children’s residential home that’s designed to help young people rebuild trust, form strong relationships, and gain the skills they need for a brighter future.

What you’ll be doing as Registered Manager:

• Leading the team and setting the tone for a positive, caring environment
• Making sure everything’s safe, smooth and up to standard
• Hiring, training, and supporting your staff
• Putting solid plans in place to help young people thrive

What we’re looking for Registered Manager:

• You’re a CQC Registered Manager
• You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience running a Children’s Ofsted-registered home
• You hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
• You know your stuff when it comes to Ofsted rules and regs
