Role Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 (CE) Driver to join our night operation on a rotating 3-week schedule. This is a permanent position, ideal for someone who has prior experience with multi-drop deliveries, key-handling, and is familiar with night trunking routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with unloading inbound trunk stock on return to site.
- Confirm and load outbound delivery stock onto your vehicle.
- Carry out nightly multi-drop deliveries to consistent dealership locations.
- Use site keys and fobs to gain secure access to locked dealership premises and ensure they are re-secured upon departure.
- Collect any returns presented at the dealership and record these accurately.
- Complete delivery records using a TC57 scanner and a paper manifest.
- Unload all collected returns upon arrival back at the site.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Class 1 (CE) licence, with current CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- Experience with night multi-drop work.
- Strong attention to detail in securing premises and recording deliveries/returns.
- Reliability and a self-motivated attitude are essential.
